Delete your HeroCall account

Delete it in the app

Open HeroCall, go to Settings, answer the grown-ups question, tap Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted straight away.

Ask us by email

Email company@isemi.io from the email address of your HeroCall account (the one of the Apple or Google account you sign in with), with the subject "Delete my HeroCall account". If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, say so and we will help you find the account. We confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually within two working days.

What is deleted

• Your account and its link to your Apple or Google sign-in (for Sign in with Apple, HeroCall's access is also revoked).
• Your children's profiles, call history, transcripts, call reports and hero memories.
• Custom heroes and the pictures you uploaded for them.
• Call schedules, notification settings and the devices registered for remote calls.
• Safety records of your calls, including reports you sent about what a hero said.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of purchases and subscriptions (product, date, price and the store's transaction number), detached from your account, for as long as tax and accounting law requires: up to 10 years.
• Server logs, for a limited time for security, then deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Hero Pass subscription. Cancel it first: on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone and iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
